What we do with what you tell us.

This is what a quote form collects, what happens to it, and how to get it deleted. Nothing here is sold, nothing is shared for advertising, and one email to the address below removes your details. Effective 30 August 2026.

What We Collect

Only what you hand us, and it is short enough to list in full.

What you type into a quote form

Your name, your phone number, your email address, your postcode, roughly how big your floor is, what surface it is, and anything you write in the notes box. The forms on this site ask for nothing else, and everything but your name is optional.

Whether you ticked the box about texts

That gets recorded, because the law governing business texts requires proof you agreed. It is never ticked for you.

What your browser tells every website

Your rough location from your address, which pages you looked at, and what device you used. That comes from Google Analytics rather than from us, and the next section is about that.

What we do not collect

This site takes no payment, so a card number never reaches anybody. It asks for no date of birth, no social security number and no income. There is no account to create and no password to lose.

Analytics, and the One Thing Worth Knowing About It

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager both run here, to see which pages get read. Both set cookies in your browser.

What it tells us

How many people read the cost page, which town pages get used, and whether anybody finishes a quote form. None of it identifies you by name.

One tool does record your visit

LogRocket replays a visit as a recording: the pages, the scrolling, the clicks. We watch it to find where the site confuses people. It is the one thing here that is watching rather than counting, so it is worth saying plainly.

What you type is masked before it leaves your browser

Your name, phone number and email are hidden from that recording at the source, and the form submission itself is stripped out of it. We can see that you filled the form in. We cannot read it back from the replay.

It only runs on our own domain

The site is built so the tags fire on www.atlasepoxyfloors.com and nowhere else. On any review or staging copy they are switched off in the code rather than by a setting somebody could forget.

How to turn it off

Block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google's own opt-out add-on. A tracker blocker stops the replay as well. Nothing on this site stops working if you do, because none of this touches the forms.

No advertising pixels run here

No Meta pixel, no retargeting tag, and nothing that follows you to another website.

What We Do With It

Quote your floor, and talk to you about quoting your floor.

We answer you

Brad calls, texts or emails you about the enquiry you sent. That is the whole purpose, and your contact details get used for nothing else.

Zapier carries the message

Your form posts to Zapier, which passes it to Brad. They hold it in transit under their own privacy terms and use it for nothing of their own. Zapier is the only company that receives what you typed.

None of it is sold

Not to a lead broker, not to another contractor, not to anybody. If a company you have never heard of calls you, it did not get your number here.

No mailing list

Asking for a quote does not sign you up for anything. If we ever start a newsletter you will have to ask for it.

How Long We Keep It, and How to Get It Deleted

Longer than you might expect for the work, and gone the day you ask for the rest.

Enquiries that did not become jobs

They stay while a conversation is still live, then they go. If you would rather yours went sooner, email and it goes that day.

Jobs we did

Connecticut requires a home improvement contractor to keep records of the work and the contract. Those stay for as long as the law says and no longer.

How to ask for a copy or a deletion

Email brad.kelley@atlasepoxyfloors.com from the address you used, or call (203) 496-6386. Tell us what you want and we will do it. There is no form and no charge.

What we cannot delete

Anything a contract or Connecticut record-keeping rules require. You will be told plainly if that is the case rather than left to assume it was all deleted.

Texts, Calls and the STOP Word

You control this and it takes one word.

The box is never ticked for you

Consent that was pre-ticked is not consent, and the FCC has said so. You tick it or we do not text you.

Reply STOP and we stop

That works at any time, on any message, and it takes effect immediately. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

Saying no to texts does not cost you the quote

Leave the box unticked and Brad will call or email instead. The estimate is the same and it is still free.

Your Rights Under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act

`[WALT 2026-08-30]` confirmed Atlas falls under the Act, so these are rights rather than courtesies, and there is a deadline on each one.

You can ask what we hold

Whether we are processing anything about you, and a copy of it in a portable form you can take elsewhere.

You can have it corrected or deleted

Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it. Ask for deletion and we delete, except where Connecticut record-keeping rules make us keep a job file.

You can opt out

Of targeted advertising, of any sale of personal data, and of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Atlas does none of those three today, so opting out changes nothing, and the right stands whether we use it or not.

We answer inside 45 days

That is the deadline the Act sets. We can take one further 45 days where a request is complex, and we tell you before we do rather than after.

It costs you nothing

The first request in any twelve months is free. Email brad.kelley@atlasepoxyfloors.com or call (203) 496-6386, and there is no form to fill in.

If we say no, you can appeal

Reply to our refusal and say you are appealing. A different answer comes back inside 60 days with the reasoning written out. If we still say no we give you a link to complain to the Connecticut Attorney General, because the Act requires it.

Children, Security and Changes

The short answers to three questions people ask about any policy.

Not a site for children

Nothing is knowingly collected from anybody under 13. If you think something was, email and it goes.

How it is protected

The site runs over HTTPS and only Brad reads the enquiries. This page will not pretend to a level of security a one-crew contractor does not have, and no website can promise nothing will ever go wrong.

If this page changes

The effective date at the top changes with it, and it never gets backdated. This page was last changed on 30 August 2026. We do not keep a running log of every edit, so that date is the one to look at.

We only ask for what we need

A name, a way to reach you, and enough about your floor to quote it. Nothing on this site takes a payment or creates an account.
