What customers wrote, in their own words.
Atlas holds a 4.7 average from 15 Google reviews. Twelve of them are below, quoted exactly as written including the typing. The other three are two star ratings with nothing written and one one-star, which is discussed at the bottom of this page rather than hidden from it.

How Atlas Displays Its Google Reviews
Three of our fifteen. Two are ratings with no text, so there is nothing to quote, and one is a one-star.
The one-star
It is on our Google profile, it is answerable there, and we do not reproduce it here because this page shows reviews at three stars and above. The rating at the top counts it, which is why you see 4.7 rather than something rounder.
Read them yourself
Our Google profile carries all fifteen. A page that only shows what flatters is worth nothing to you, which is why the count here matches the profile rather than the quotes.

Every floor on this page is one we poured
How Atlas Handles Reviews
Our policy, written down because most contractor review pages do not have one.
The rating counts every review
4.7 from 15, and the 15 includes the one-star. A page that shows you only what flatters is worth nothing, and rating markup that counts only the good ones is against the structured data guidelines.
Quotes are verbatim
Spelling and all. If we corrected a customer's review we would be editing it.
Nothing under three stars is quoted
A review at three stars and above with something written goes on the page. That is a floor rather than a filter for flattery, and we would show you three and four star reviews if we had any.
Three of the fifteen are not quoted
Two are ratings with no text, so there is nothing to quote. One is the one-star, which is on our Google profile and is answerable there.
Reading Contractor Reviews Generally
Useful whoever you end up hiring.

Look for specifics
A review that names the room, the system or the problem is worth ten that say great job. Several of ours name garages, basements and shop floors.
Look at the negative one
And at whether the business answered it. A contractor with no negative reviews at all has either done very little work or is curating what you see.
Check the count against the rating
A 5.0 from four reviews tells you less than a 4.7 from fifteen.
Check they are on a platform you can verify
They are all on our Google Business Profile and the link is on this page, so you can check us.
What Atlas Customers Mention Most
Read our fifteen for patterns rather than for stars. The patterns are what tell you what your own job would look like.
Garages, repeatedly
Our most common job in the reviews as well as in the diary.
Basements and shop floors
Both appear, which matches a business doing domestic and commercial work rather than only one.
Brad by name
In most of them. On a one-crew business that is what you would expect, and it is a reasonable signal that the person quoting is the person working.
Countertops
Mentioned twice, which is consistent with it being a smaller part of what we do.
What customers wrote
4.7 from 15 Google reviews. We publish every one of them on the reviews page, including the one star and what came of it.
thank you Brad for the wonderful job on my garage floors
my floors look amazing
Great experince did the shop floors and came out great!
What you get with Atlas
The things that decide whether a floor lasts, done on every job.
Brad pours it himself
No subcontractors. The person who quotes your floor is the person who grinds it and coats it.
Diamond-ground prep
Your slab is ground back to open concrete, which is what stops hot tire pickup lifting the coating.
Moisture test first
Moisture coming up through a slab is the usual reason a coating lifts, so we check before anyone talks about color.
Same-day quotes
Call or text and we'll come and look, weekends included. The quote is free and you'll have it the same day.
Lifetime product warranty
The coating is covered for life, so the risk of the product failing isn't yours.
Most floors in a day
Most residential floors are finished in a day, and you'll know your walk-on and park-on times before we start.

Are these real reviews?
They are quoted from the Google Business Profile, verbatim, with the reviewer's name and the month.
Why do some have spelling mistakes?
Because that is how they were written. If we corrected a customer's review we would be editing it.
How do I leave one?
Through the Google Business Profile, after Brad has done your floor.
How many reviews does Atlas have?
We have fifteen on Google, averaging 4.7. Twelve carry written text and are quoted on this page.
Why are some reviews not shown?
Two are star ratings with nothing written, so there is nothing to quote, and one is a one-star, which is on our Google profile.
Are these reviews verified?
We quote them from our Google Business Profile with the reviewer's name and month.
Why do some have typos?
Because that is how they were written. Correcting a review is editing it.
What do customers say most often?
Garages, then basements and shop floors, and Brad by name in most of them.
Ready to stop looking at that floor?
Tell us roughly what you have and we'll come and look at it. The quote is free, there's nothing to sign, and you'll know what your floor costs before you commit to anything.
